When turning the hot water handle on the deli hand sink, no hot water came out. Hot water is being turned on / off by the valve located under the hand wash sink. Employees were observed turning on the hot water and then using the single use hand drying device to dry hands and then use the same drying device to turn off the valve. Hands were not observed to be contaminated, however this needs to be fixed. |
