14 0080-04-09-.04(6)(a) Food contact surfaces shall be visually clean. out Observed bread baking pans and other dishes, that were previously washed, rinsed, sanitized and stored clean on dish drying rack across from 3 compartment sink in bakery dish room area, soiled with dried food products such as breadcrumbs, the residue of baked bread, and grease residue. Observed in bakery, the sheeter machine used to roll bread dough, had dried dough product on inside of back roller. Sheeter machine was not properly cleaned/brushed after last use.
