Observed the deli slicer stored clean with encrusted old food and spills set up on the outsides of the slicer inside of the deli department. Also observed the band saw stored clean in the meat department with encrusted old meat and spills underneath the blade chain, inside of the blade housing compartment. I also observed spills and old chicken ingredient set up inside and in cracks of several prep coolers inside of the deli department. |
