Chicken salad sandwich 51 F, Chicken tender wrap at 52 F, packaged cheese stick at 60 F, packaged burrito at 52 F, and ham and cheese slider sandwiches at 53 F. Grab and Go sandwich cooler observed at 50 F when checked with TDA infrared thermometer. About 200 TCS food items in total. |
