PIC stated he did not have time to change them out this morning. Utensils sitting in ambient temperature must be changed out or washed, rinsed and sanitized every 4 hours from first use. |

Observed linen scent bleach tablets, made for the washer, being used at sanitizer for the deli sanitizer bucket. These tablets were made for a washing machine and are not an approved chlorine sanitizer. |
A plain bottle of bleach was pulled from the grocery shelf for deli sanitizer. Sanitizer bucket was emptied; sanitizer was remade with plain chlorine bleach and tested at 200ppm. |
