Food items observed to be held above 41 F. The sandwich cooler observed to be 49.3 F when checked with TDA digital thermometer. Spicy Chicken sandwich at 51.9 F, Italian Style sub at 53.2 F, Smoked ham and Swiss sub at 54.8 F, Ham and Cheese sandwich at 53.9 F, Egg salad sandwich at 53.9 F, and Strawberry yogurt at 52.5 F. About 40 items in total. All temperatures were verified with TDA digital probe thermometer. |
