Next to the 3-comp sink is spray hose that is connected to another bottle of Q-San sanitizer. This was used to fill up the sanitize basin and tested at 300ppm. This shelf is located in-between the bakery 3-Compartment sink and dishwasher. Additionally, 5 larger flying insects were observed near the deli/bakery water heater.
