Observed several containers of macaroni/cheese, Corn, and green beans inside of the retail cooler within an internal temperature of above 41F using my probe thermometer. Average temperature was 46F. I advised PIC to package these food items at night to place into cold holding for the morning where they can be removed and safely placed into retail coolers. PIC voluntarily discarded all cold held TCS packaged foods above 41F. |

Observed the kitchen 3 Compartment sink is still backing up into the basins when in use causing your wastewater not to drain properly. Firm has repaired all piping to grease trap. |
