Upon entry to deli area to conduct inspection, observed the drive thru window open. Window had no screen to protect against the entry of pests. No customers were being waited on in drive thru at this time. Observed back door, located in back deli room, open with no screen. Per PIC, door is often left open when staff smokes, and was being left open for SPATCO , a company who was working on pumps at the side of the building. The back door being open does not protect the outer openings of the store and allows entry for pests. It was observed that the deli had numerous amounts of flies. |
