Observed chemical sanitizer automatic dispenser producing sanitizing solution of 100ppm at 3 bay sink. SK2 label states that the solution must be 200-400ppm for food contact sanitizing. |
Inspector worked with PIC to implement a hand mixing procedure for SK2 on site. 3-bay tested between 2-300ppm after hand mixing SK2. |
