Several packages (20 total) of freeze-dried candies identified as Obicandy Fantastic Blast and Obicandy Fire Blast, Freeze-Dried were observed to be offered on a retail display near the self-serve drink machines. The package indicated that it was manufactured by Orbifood, LLC. No manufacturer address, city, state, or ZIP code was indicated on the packages. No other information was available. Ingredients were indicated on the label. An investigation of the manufacturer indicated that supplier is not an approved manufacturing food source. A stop sale/hold order was placed on these food items referenced above at 11:18 am on August 29, 2025. Facility did removed these 20 packages referenced above from being offered for sale during the routine inspection. |
