Observed 4 containers of smoked/grilled whole chickens on a table next to the checkout register. PIC stated the chicken came from the Taco Truck that is parked on firm's premises. Taco Truck is permitted through the Health Department and not through the Tennessee Department of Agriculture which makes it an unapproved source. |
