Observed several deli food items in the retail grab in go hotbox to tempt less than 135F when checked with a state calibrated thermometer. Specifically, hot dogs were found at 123F, corn dogs were found at 100F, and chicken sandwiches were found at 107F. |
Items were voluntarily discarded. Staff agreed to use the deli grab in go hot box until the retail hot box can maintain hot holding food temperatures. |

Observed a gap underneath the left ODP automatic door, which allowed daylight through. Also observed that the brush guard on receiving door #6 sustained damage, allowing an approximate 2 inch by 3 inch gap between the bottom of the door and the undamaged bristles. |
