Food products probed with a calibrated state thermometer were Chicken tenders 125F, chicken on a stick 113F-120F, cheeseburgers 116F-118F, chicken sandwiches 126F-133F, and polish sausage 130F. |
Polish sausage was voluntarily discarded during inspection. Per GM, all other food product had been placed in hot box about an hour before inspection. Food product was reheated to 165F or above and placed back in hot case for sale. Reheated foods were probed with a calibrated state thermometer at chicken tenders 210F, chicken on a stick 199F, cheeseburgers 193F, and chicken sandwiches 189F. |
