Manufacturing instructions say 200-400PPM for sanitizing. Observed low temperature chlorine sanitizing dish machine to not have required 50PPM for sanitizing with dishes in machine. Dish machine was ran 5 times and each test was below 50PPM. Inspector suggested placing dish machine out of service until machine can be serviced to proper sanitize. PIC emptied bucket and refilled with proper PPM. PIC removed dishes from dish machine and put at triple sink to be sanitized. Priority (P) 0
