Observed grab and go cooler to be set at 12C = 53.6F. Internal temperature of sandwich items were observed to be between 55-60F when measured with state issued inspector probe thermometer. Observed "naturally fresh Ranch" condiment cups labeled as keep refrigerated and stored at room temperature beneath hot case counter. Internal temperatures measured 75-78F with inspector probe thermometer. Temperatures recorded and included in this report. |
