Date marking system was in place however date marking was incorrect; date mark for cut produce and stir-fry veggies cut on Monday, 09/29, had a cut/created date mark of 10/04, 10/05, and 10/06. In discussion it was noted that fruit cups and veggie trays do not get date until the next day prior to going out on sales floor. |
Verified with produce PIC on proper cut date of 09/29; all fruit cups and stir-fry veggie trays were date marked correctly during inspection. Corrected date mark is 09/29 expires 10/05. |
