Arrived a grocery store and deli and meat department had not begun operation. Observed hot water at hand sinks and 3 compartment sink with a temperature of 64 F degrees with TDA thermometer. Informed PIC Adam Russ that no meat or deli production could began until there was hot water. |
PIC contacted someone to replace hot water, and it was fixed during inspection and running hot water is now 126 F degrees and no closure was issued, and deli and meat department can resume operations. |
