Observed hot water at hand sinks and 3 compartment sink with a temperature of 64 F degrees with TDA thermometer. Informed PIC Adam Russ that no meat or deli production could began until there was hot water. PIC contacted someone to replace hot water, and it was fixed during inspection and running hot water is now 126 F degrees and no closure was issued, and deli and meat department can resume operations.
