Foods inside the service cooler were probed with a state issued and calibrated thermometer with a prepacked sandwich measuring 49 degrees, a beef and cheese burrito measuring 51 degrees, a yogurt cups measuring 51 degrees, and pineapple chunks measuring 51 degrees. The PIC voluntarily discarded all TCS items in this cooler including 3 watermelon chunk cups, 4 pineapple chunk cups, 28 yogurt cups, 7 pints of whole milk, 7 pints of 2% milk, 6 pints of chocolate milk, 8 prepacked sandwiches, 2 beef and cheese burritos, 2- 1 lb packs of butter, 3-1/4 lb sticks of butter, and 7 sting cheese sticks.
