When testing sanitizer solution in firm's three compartment sink, PIC dipped test strip directly into the foamy surface without clearing the foam and then swirled the submerged test strip around in the water at the end of the test. Water temperature was 110F when checked with inspector's probe thermometer. Testing procedures for sanitizer must be performed in a solution between 65 - 75F, with no foam contacting the test strip, and test strip must be kept still throughout the entire duration of testing. |
