Several in house made Temperature Control for safety leafy green salads with hard boiled eggs, chicken, sliced cucumbers and other cut vegetables were observed to have an internal temperature of 46 to 49 degrees F. Person in charge indicated that salads were prepared on October 19, 2025 and placed in open air case at the produce retail area. |
Person in charge voluntary removed all the 40 of the leafy green salads referenced in the violation from being offered for sale and discarded during the routine inspection. |
