Wrapped deli ham in the top of the makeshift unit had an internal temperature of 45 -48 degrees F. A container of mayo that according to manufacturer's instructions indicates to "Refrigerate after opening" was observed to have a internal temperature of 69 degrees F. According to the Person in Charge the container was originally opened on October 27, 2025. |
Person in charge voluntary discarded all the food referenced in the violation in the trash during routine inspection.
