Machine was run 4+ times and facility supplied 160F temperature indicator test stickers were not activated during any wash cycle. **Observed Kayquat II sanitizer dispenser in deli ware washing station was dispensing sanitizer at 0 ppm, this sanitizer was used to prep the spray bottle tested in deli. Sanitizer was tested with facility strips and inspector issued strips. PIC instructed bakery staff to hand sanitize all items until hot water washing machine can be service. **PIC instructed deli staff to perform all ware washing at bakery 3-bay washing station until ecolab can service sanitizer dispenser.
