The one door cold holding unit where frozen food items are stored was observed at a temperature of 40F. Inspector spoke with the owner via phone who advised that the cooler is a freezer instead. Inspector explained that the temperatures have never been at freezing during the inspections and advised that the thermometer inside of the cooler shows 40F also. |
