This store shares a 3-compartment sink with the Subway restaurant. The sanitizer from the automatic dispenser tested 0ppm for quat base sanitizer. Management agreed to hand make a sanitizer water mixture to perform warewashing until the dispenser can be fixed. |

During today's inspection, the walk in cooler thermometer read 50F. Multiple bottles of milk were opened and tempt above 41F with a State Calibrated thermometer. Specifically, Mayfield 2% gallon tempt at 47F, Mayfield 2% pint tempt at 48F, and a Borden's Dutch Chocolate pint was tempt at 48F. |
All milk products were voluntarily removed the shelf and labeled 'not for sale'. All other products in the walk in cooler were shelf stable items. See comments for full list of discarded items. |
