Observed concentration of bleach sanitizer from dishwasher to be at 200PPM. Bleach sanitizer concentration range is 50PPM-100PPM. |
PIC stated he will submit a workorder to have dishwasher checked. Inspector advised PIC to rinse all dishes in the 3-Compartment Sink that were previously run through the dishwasher. Inspector also advised PIC to use 3-Compartment Sink until dishwasher issue can be addressed and repaired. |
