Observed when asking PIC to test sanitizer they stated that they keep the test strip inside the solution for a minute or 2. Per manufacturer's instructions, test strips must be dipped for no longer than 10 seconds to register the proper parts per million needed to properly sanitize. |

Observed in use band saw with encrusted old meat residue set up on the blade guides and on the inside edges of the saw. This residue was older, discolored, and encased around the edges. Also, I observed the meat grinder stored clean with encrusted old meat residue set up on the chute of the grinder, where the grinder arm meets the machine. |
