The peanut spoons which are kept in ambient temperature by the peanut hot holding units are only being cleaned once per day. Discussed with PIC that the same frequency of cleaning is required for these spoons as they currently do with the pizza cutter. These spoons are required to be washed / rinsed and sanitized (along with the containers that holds the spoons) every 4 hours from first use. |
