Observed gnawing on loaves of bread used for food preparation in the deli. Loaves were stored on a shelf underneath the deli counter top near the prep cooler. Rodent droppings were observed on the same shelf, on top of the dishwasher, and in the dish storage closet. |
Loaves of bread were voluntarily discarded. Firm was issued a Notice of Closure, ceasing deli operations until rodent activity has subsided. All prepared foods at this time were voluntarily discarded by staff. |
