Observed wastewater pipe for the deli/bakery automatic dish washer to be disposing wastewater directly onto the floor in the deli/bakery warewashing area. Pipe was able to be adjusted so that it drained back into an appropriate drain, however Employee claimed it continuously would pop out of its drain.
Observed drainpipe for the seafood three compartment sink to have too large of an air gap, causing some of its wastewater to drain directly onto the floor. |
PIC was able to sufficiently contain both wastewater dispositions issues. No food preparation was occurring in these areas and PIC placed a work order for both issues. |
