Observed drain plug in wash basin of bakery 3-bay sink to not plug effectively and allowing water to drain out when switched to off position. **Observed handwashing sink in bakery ware washing area to be completely clogged and no longer draining, no food preparation occurs in this area. **Observed water dripping from bottom of deli 3-bay sink fittings and from rear PVC fitting at handwashing sink located in bakery ware washing station. **Observed sliced deli meat bunker on retail floor to not drain into evaporation pans located beneath unit. Standing water was observed beneath air exchange vents with green/brown organic matter present throughout. |
PIC submitted work orders for leaks and draining. PIC instructed bakery ware washing staff to use hand sinks located in bakery and in rear storage access. PIC contacted cooling maintenance staff on site and had all product in bunker moved to deli walk-in cooler for unit servicing during this inspection. |
