Asked employee to set up sanitizer in 3 compartment sink and notice no reading on quat strip. After looking at the sanitizer hook up it was observed floor cleaner was hooked up to the hose instead of sanitizer. No dishes had been washed employee removed cleaner and Eco Lab was called to replace hose on distribution hoses. Establishment will put sanitizer in manually until the distribution hose can be replaced. |
