Observed that PIC has taken both tops off of prep tables leaving contents open to contamination (see pics). PIC was instructed to place plastic wrap over cut veggies and toppings to deter from contamination. PIC also voluntarily discarded all foods that were open to contamination. Foods also were well above 41F because lid is missing. |
