Observed the three compartment sink in the meat cutting area to have a leak. PIC had leak contained using a bucket, and firm has a second three compartment sink in the bakery to effectively sanitize dishes until leak is fixed.
Observed gasket to the walk-in freezer to be broken, causing a small amount of ice buildup around the walk-in freezer door. |
