Using mine and the firm's test strips, I noted 00ppm of Sanitizer being dispensed inside of the deli 3 Compartment Sink. Sani-Save bottle dispenser registered adequately at 150 ppm. I also noted after running the firms Commercial Dishwasher for several washes that the rinse temperature only reached 150F using my lollipop thermometer and the firm's hot water test strips. |

Using my probe thermometer, I observed several chubs of bologna stored in retail meat cooler display with an internal temperature of above 41F. PIC voluntarily discarded all foods above 41F during today's inspection. (see pic) |
