Observed bottles of coffee cleaning tabs stored with cans of coffee creamer in the left cabinet underneath the coffee counter; observed can of paint stored on a shelf over boxes of Bag n Box syrup for retail fountain machine; observed a bottle of Dawn dish soap, 2 bottles of LA Floor cleaner and a bottle of hand sanitizer stored with bags of coffee, gravy, and observed 2 sleeves of single service food trays stored laying across the tops of these chemical bottles. These items were located on the bottom shelf of the prep table in the back kitchen area. |
