Observed several packages of "Oh Snap" pickles kept in retail cooler (see pics) with "Keep refrigerated" on the label with an internal temperature of 50F using my probe thermometer. PIC voluntarily discarded all "keep refrigerated" items that were above 41F. |

Observed no date marking on open canned containers of jalapeƱos and black olives kept in prep cooler. I also observed several open bags of TCS breaded chicken and shredded beef inside of the 1 door prep freezer. PIC was unaware when these bags of food were opened. |
