Observed when asking PICs inside of the Deli department and meat department to test sanitizer that they were not able to speak to the process. Also, the meat department dipped the test strip and swirled it for several seconds before registering the proper parts per million. I instructed on sanitizer testing. |

Observed food residue on the chute of the meat department grinder stored clean. I observed several dirty knife hilts stored clean in the deli. PIC voluntarily removed and placed into cleaning. Also, I observed several dirty, encrusted mister heads in the produce retail coolers today. |
