A plastic food container that pepperoni was stored in was observed with the lid cracked and missing pieces. In addition, the cracked lid was observed with what appeared to be black spots of discoloration. |
PIC discarded the lid at the time of the inspection. No pepperoni was observed in contact with the lid. Food contact sheet (what sandwiches are wrapped in) were placed over the top of the pepperoni. |
