Observed firm to be selling raw frozen chickens in the retail reach in bunker freezer. There was no labeling information on the plastic bags for the product. Inspector asked PIC where the chicken comes from and he stated from Atlanta, Georgia. PIC could not provide invoices or any information about where the chickens came from or that they were processed in a USDA inspected facility. |
