Observed back storage walk in cooler to only be chilling at 50F. Inspector found the walk-in cooler to contain whole uncut produce, however some of the whole uncut produce stated 'keep refrigerated' on its packaging (Bok Choy and Brussel Sprouts). |
Inspector examined the TCS items and found them frozen to the touch or below 41F. Inspector allowed PIC to move TCS items into an appropriate storage location. |
