Discussed cleaning process of stationary meat cutting items (grinder, band saw, deli slicer) in meat prep room, and PIC stated that equipment is wiped down and cleaned with an all purpose cleaner up to two times a day (prep room is 55F), but no sanitizing step is being implemented. |
