Observed opened container of hot dogs in the kitchen storage cooler to have no available date marking stating when they were opened or when they would be discarded. Employee stated they had been opened yesterday. The pan had a 'thaw' date on it stating the use by date was 2-19-26, putting it past the 7 day shelf life. |
