Observed Deli Sanitizer spray bottle that registered 00 ppm using my test strips. I also observed after making sanitizer inside of the meat department that the basin had 00ppm of sanitizer. PIC replaced empty bag of sanitizer and created fresh sanitizer that registered adequately at 200 ppm. |

Observed small pin size leak at the plunger of the Deli 3 Compartment sink sanitize basin. The sink only leaks when it's stopped up. PIC placed bucket underneath leak to contain it. |
