PIC created a chlorine sanitizer bucket to test during the inspection. Using the firms test strips, sanitizer bucket was over 200PPM when tested. Chlorine needs to be 50 to 100PPM |
Inspector remade sanitizer bucket and showed PIC that one bucket of sanitizer only needs 1/2 a cap of bleach and not 3 caps full of bleach the firm was using. |
