Containers of frozen food products observed in small storage freezer near the fry station observed not to be maintained hard frozen. Food items were checked with TDA digital probe thermometer. Mini tacos at 35.2 F, Chicken wings at 28.9 F, French fries at 28.7 F, sausage patties at 35.7 F, hashbrown patties at 28.7 F, and biscuit dough at 25.8 F. |
PIC was unaware of when the listed items were placed in the freezer, so items were discarded during inspection and freezer was taken out of use until the issue is resolved. |
