Sanitizer solution at 3 bay sink was at insufficient concentration during manual dishwashing at time of inspection. Sanitizer solution at third basin was checked with sanitizer test strip and registered less than 150 PPM Quaternary Ammonium, manufacturer's specifications for sanitizer in use requires 200 PPM for effective sanitizing. |
Management added additional sanitizer to solution and solution was rechecked at 200 PPM during inspection, previously washed items were re-sanitized. |

Prepackaged food products requiring refrigeration stored in open air retail display cooler are out of safe holding temperature at time of inspection. Commercially processed prepackaged yogurt drinks, protein shakes, hummus, and refrigerated pickles were observed to be out of safe holding temperature, internal temperatures were checked with TDA probe food thermometer ranging from 64-65 degrees F at time of inspection. All product labeling indicates "Keep Refrigerated" on product label. |
Management voluntarily removed and discarded 29 packages of yogurt drinks and protein shakes, 19 packages of refrigerated pickles, and 5 packages of Hummus during the inspection. |
