Observed several "Formula 200" sanitizer chemical spray bottles in the kitchen prep area and back-room area that were incorrectly filled at the time of inspection. Contents were not identified at the time of inspection. Spray bottles were filled with a blue colored liquid and yellow colored liquid. |

Upon the start of the food safety inspection, it was noted that the facility did not have hot water available at the hand wash sinks and three compartment sink. Store lead voluntarily removed and discarded all hot held food items available for retail sale at the time of inspection. Store lead also ceased food production. |
