Observed when asking PIC to check sanitizer that they were unsure of how long to dip their test strip. Per manufacturer's instructions, test strips must be dipped for 10 seconds to insure an accurate test. I also observed when calibrating the firm's thermometer that it was reading Celsius instead of Fahrenheit during instruction. I advised PIC that Fahrenheit is the rate that is being checked and not Celsius. PIC was unaware of the rate for Celsius temperatures. |

Observed the firm with 3 different thermometers but none were able to be calibrated. Both digital thermometers would not turn on to be calibrated. PIC was advised to get some spare batteries for these thermometers. |
