Using my probe thermometer, I observed several TCS chicken wings and supreme pizza with an internal temperature of below 135F. Average temperature of chicken wings was 120F. PIC voluntarily discarded all foods that registered below 135F. |

Observed a cut bell pepper sitting out, uncovered and loose inside of the prep cooler resting on dirty shelving inside of cooler. I advised that PIC that when they cut veggies that they need to insure they are all cut up and placed in food safe containers. PIC voluntarily discarded bell pepper during inspection. |
